PHONE CALLS

To ensure every client receives our full attention and an uninterrupted experience, we do not answer phone calls while appointments are in session. If we're unable to answer, please leave a voicemail, and we will return your call as soon as possible during regular business hours. Please note that we do not return calls or respond to business inquiries on weekends. Thank you for your understanding and support of our small business.

CHILDREN POLICY

To provide a calm, private environment for every client, we kindly ask that children not attend appointments. Due to our limited studio space and the precision required during electrolysis treatments, we are unable to accommodate children in the treatment room or waiting area. Thank you for helping us create a relaxing, distraction-free experience for all clients.

PAYMENT POLICY

A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. While a card must be kept securely on file for booking and cancellation purposes, we are happy to accept cash at the time of your appointment. Other accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.

APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING

Appointments may be scheduled up to one month in advance to help ensure availability while allowing flexibility for all clients. If you don't see a time that works for your schedule, please contact us - we're happy to help you find the best available appointment.

ILLNESS POLICY

If you are experiencing any signs of illness, including fever, cough, sore throat, vomiting, or other contagious symptoms, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. This helps protect the health of all clients and allows us to maintain a safe, comfortable treatment environment. We appreciate your understanding and consideration.

CONSULATION FEE

An initial consultation is required before beginning electrolysis treatments. The consultation fee is $50 and includes a personalized assessment, treatment plan, and time to answer any questions you may have. As a courtesy, the full consultation fee will be credited toward your first treatment appointment.
